Road 531 - Raanana interchange
Road 531 is an east west corridor bordering the north end of the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. This simulation is the eastern interchange which borders a sensitive residential area as well as a complex commercial and high-tech industrial area. Traffic is directed from and to north south highway #4 through a combination of bridges and tunnels. Additionally there is an underground corridor for a commuter rail line traveling east/west. The project itself went through a special expedited review process taking just under 2 years as opposed to possibly 5 or more. For the final presentation the Israel national road authority decided to use the RDV simulation as the primary means of conveying the overall project to the review committee. Project Size: 9.6Mb

Anabe Interchange
The Anabe interchange is a complex multilevel interchange connecting the Tel Aviv Jerusalem highway with road #431. Road 431 is being designed and constructed as a BOT privately funded project. The simulation was actually completed as part of Israel Rail's simulation of the Ben Gurion / Jerusalem rail link which traverses the Anabe interchange as well from west to east. This is a great example of how RDV scenes may be reused by different clients depending upon their point of view. The point is that you make the model once and are able to use it for a variety of different groups and interests. Project Size: 6.8Mb
