SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to text messages (SMS) that RDV Systems, Inc. ("RDV Systems", "we", "us") sends to users of the RDV Systems web platform at www.123bimlive.com (the "Platform").
What we send
We send one-time passcodes by text message to Platform users who choose to receive them. The codes are used to confirm your mobile number, to sign in and to reset your password. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by adding your mobile number in Account settings on the Platform, ticking the box to agree to receive text messages, and entering the code we send to confirm the number. Receiving text messages is optional and is not a condition of using the Platform. You can use an authenticator app instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive one message each time you confirm a mobile number, sign in using text-message verification or request a password reset.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages to that number. You can also remove your number in Account settings. After opting out, you will need another sign-in verification method, such as an authenticator app. To receive text messages again, reply UNSTOP or add your number again in Account settings.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see the Text Messages (SMS) section of our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and we will update the date at the top.
