With over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, Arkady Ratnitsky is a highly skilled professional. For eleven years, he worked in a road design office, where he honed his expertise in road design and construction. Throughout the past two decades, Arkady has become a specialist in 3D modeling for infrastructure projects and has developed advanced 3D tools and techniques for the RDV Modeling Team. As the current Head of Engineering for RDV, he is responsible for leading Road Safety Audit projects and spearheading the development of new RSA technologies. With his extensive knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil3D software, Arkady is an expert in his field.
