Sam Skog is an experienced transportation technology consultant with over a decade of expertise in pavement data collection, asset management, and geospatial technologies. During his 12+ years in the industry, he led strategic partnerships with state DOTs, helping implement innovative roadway data solutions. Sam now serves as the Regional Director for the Midwest U.S. at RDV Systems, where he works with transportation agencies to integrate RDV’s technology into their planning and asset management workflows, enhancing decision-making and infrastructure performance.
